If you're not happy with your purchase, email us at support@shopvelor.co within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund — no need to return the product.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear.

Subscriptions: You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your account or by contacting us. Orders already processed are covered under the same 30-day guarantee.
